In the process of developing this application, an extensive exploration of target demographics was undertaken, enabling us to discern the precise desires of our audience. The insights gained from this research proved to be revelatory and transformational. Perhaps the most pivotal revelation was the imperative to position the ski run tracker as the focal point, offering users an immediate glimpse into the current queue lengths and thereby facilitating optimal skiing experiences. Upon launching the application on your device, the initial interface greets users with a location-based map, a thoughtful feature that streamlines the selection of the desired resort. Subsequently, users are presented with a dynamic real-time dashboard tailored to the selected resort, ensuring the provision of up-to-the-minute information. To enhance user experience, a dark mode option was incorporated, particularly beneficial for those utilizing wristwatches as a platform, thereby catering to a wider range of preferences and devices.
